These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the batjile platform. By creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document. Please read carefully before playing.
Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms & Conditions apply to every registered account holder on the batjile platform, including players who access the site from Bangladesh using any device, browser, or network connection. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.
Terms May Be Updated
batjile reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Language
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated or summarised version of this document, the English text shall prevail and be treated as the authoritative version for all purposes.
Payment Obligations
All financial transactions on batjile — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus-related transfers — are governed by the rules set out in these terms. Minimum deposit is ৳200. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard).
Account Security
Players are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. batjile will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by a third party — is your responsibility unless you report unauthorised access promptly.

General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player") and batjile ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the batjile website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all of its provisions without reservation.
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of batjile after any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version. batjile reserves the right to modify, supplement, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without prior notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via registered email or in-platform messaging.
This Agreement should be read in conjunction with the following additional policy documents, which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall terms governing your use of batjile:
- The Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, store, and use your personal data
- The Responsible Gaming Policy, which sets out the player protection tools and obligations available to all account holders
- Any specific game rules or promotion terms published alongside individual games or bonus offers
- The FAQ, which provides clarification on common queries relating to account management, payments, and gameplay
In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms, the game or promotion terms shall prevail for matters directly relating to that game or promotion. For all other matters, this Agreement takes precedence.
Important notice: batjile is an online gaming platform operating under an international gaming licence. Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using online gaming platforms is lawful in their own jurisdiction. By using batjile, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited in your location and that you are participating on your own initiative.
Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to batjile is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and that you will remain at least 18 years old throughout the duration of your use of the Platform. This age restriction applies universally to all players regardless of their location, nationality, or the laws of their home jurisdiction.
batjile operates a strict Know Your Customer ("KYC") process and reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable proof of age documents include a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence displaying a clear date of birth. Players who fail to provide satisfactory proof of age within the requested timeframe will have their account suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold until verification is complete.
If batjile discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that an account is held by an individual under the age of 18, the Platform will:
- Immediately suspend access to the account pending investigation
- Void all wagers and bets placed from the account during the period it was active
- Return the net deposited balance (after deducting any winnings derived from voided bets) to the payment method used for the original deposit
- Permanently close the account and prohibit re-registration from the same individual
In addition to the age requirement, players must meet the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party
- You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by batjile or any associated platform
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of batjile or any of its game providers or technology partners
- You must not be using automated software, bots, or scripting tools to interact with the Platform in any way
18+ only. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. batjile uses identity verification technology and manual review to enforce the minimum age requirement. If you are aware of a minor attempting to access this platform, please notify us immediately at support@batjile.
Account Registration and Verification
To use the real-money features of batjile — including placing bets, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a personal account on the Platform. Registration is free and open to any eligible individual who meets the criteria set out in Section 2 of this Agreement.
During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. The details you submit at the time of registration must include, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of discovery.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on batjile. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to circumvent limits or restrictions, or inadvertently — will be identified and closed. The balance of any secondary account will be transferred to the primary account (or forfeited entirely if the primary account is also found to be in breach of these terms). If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately at support@batjile.
As part of the KYC process, batjile may request the following documents at any point:
- Proof of identity: national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence
- Proof of address: utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months
- Proof of payment method: a photograph of the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name, or a card statement confirming card ownership
- Source of funds declaration: for accounts with high transaction volumes, batjile may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of deposited funds
Withdrawal requests will not be processed for accounts that have not completed the KYC verification process. batjile is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by a player's failure to submit the required documentation in a timely manner.
Tip for Bangladesh players: The fastest way to complete KYC verification on batjile is to submit your National Identity Card (NID) alongside a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number. Most accounts are verified within two business hours during standard operating times.
Deposits and Withdrawals
batjile supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment channels, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers, are available for larger transactions — contact the support team for details. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and processed using the ৳ symbol throughout the Platform.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though batjile reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to accounts depositing large amounts and may request supporting documentation before processing high-value transactions.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- The player's account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed
- Withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit (same-source rule)
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the account balance reaches the minimum
- bKash and Nagad withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval
- Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule
- Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5
batjile does not charge internal processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, players should be aware that their payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges, over which batjile has no control. Any such charges are the player's responsibility and will not be reimbursed by the Platform.
In the event of a suspected fraudulent transaction, batjile reserves the right to suspend the relevant account and place a hold on all pending withdrawals pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such hold and given a reasonable opportunity to provide documentation to resolve the matter.
Currency note: All transactions on batjile are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The Platform does not currently support deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies. If you fund your account via an international payment method (Visa or Mastercard) and your card is denominated in a foreign currency, your card issuer's standard conversion rate will apply. batjile is not responsible for exchange rate differences or foreign transaction fees applied by your card provider.
Bonus and Promotions Policy
batjile offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this section, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters directly relating to that promotion.
General principles that apply to all bonuses on batjile unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The standard wagering requirement is stated in the promotion terms and must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash
- Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within your account wallet. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time (subject to verification requirements); bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after wagering requirements are satisfied
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. batjile uses technical and manual checks to enforce this restriction
- Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may not be shared with or gifted to another player
- Bonuses that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the account without notice
- batjile reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time if it reasonably suspects that a player is misusing the promotional offer, including but not limited to bonus abuse, collusion, or arbitrage betting
Promotional offers, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes, are available to players in Bangladesh subject to the eligibility criteria published with each promotion. Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh may be subject to additional eligibility requirements and limited availability windows.
Bonus abuse: batjile takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. Activities that constitute abuse include creating multiple accounts to claim a single-use bonus, using bonus funds in a way specifically designed to exploit wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to collectively advantage from the same promotional offer. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and all balances forfeited.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on batjile are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, which are published within each game's help section or market description. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. Ignorance of game or market rules is not accepted as grounds for a dispute or refund request.
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on batjile:
- The minimum bet amount for sports markets is ৳50. Minimum stakes for casino games vary by table and are displayed within each game
- Bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed by the system, except in the case of a platform error acknowledged by batjile
- In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrectly displayed price, odds, or payout — batjile reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts
- batjile uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. Live casino games are streamed from licensed studio environments with real dealers and real equipment
- Winnings are credited to the player's account balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant game or market
- batjile reserves the right to void any bet or wager that is found to have been placed using inside information, in collusion with other players, or in connection with match-fixing or any form of sports integrity violation
For cricket betting specifically — given the significance of cricket to the Bangladesh player community and the volume of cricket markets on the Platform — the following additional rules apply:
- Live in-play cricket markets are subject to suspension and re-opening throughout a match at batjile's discretion, particularly around critical moments such as wickets, DRS reviews, and weather interruptions
- In the event that a match is abandoned, interrupted, or shortened by weather or other external factors, market settlement will follow the standard rules published in the cricket betting rules section of the Platform
- BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures are all covered on batjile, subject to market availability at the time of the event
Account Suspension and Closure
batjile reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:
- The player has provided false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification
- The account is held by or accessed by an individual under 18 years of age
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- The player is engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other form of financial crime
- The player has exploited a technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake on the Platform
- The player has engaged in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards batjile staff
- The account is identified as a duplicate of another existing or previously closed account
- Regulatory or legal obligations require the Platform to restrict the account
When an account is suspended pending investigation, all withdrawals from that account will be placed on hold. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the hold will be lifted and any pending withdrawals processed promptly. If the investigation confirms a breach of these terms, the account will be permanently closed and any balance held may be forfeited in accordance with the specific circumstances of the breach.
Players also have the right to request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team at support@batjile. Before closing an account voluntarily, players should ensure that all pending withdrawals have been completed and that no active bonus obligations remain outstanding. batjile will process voluntary closure requests within 5 business days of receipt.
Responsible exit: If you are closing your account because you feel gambling has become a problem, please let the support team know. Rather than a permanent closure, you may wish to consider a temporary cooling-off period or a self-exclusion arrangement, both of which are available through the responsible gaming tools described in Section 8 below. Our responsible gaming specialists are available 24/7.
Responsible Gaming Terms
batjile is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to protecting vulnerable players from the potential harms associated with excessive gambling. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and can be accessed directly from the account settings panel:
- Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount that can be deposited into your account. Limits take effect immediately when set. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect
- Loss limits — set a maximum net loss threshold beyond which the account will automatically prevent further wagers until the next limit period begins
- Session time reminders — receive on-screen notifications after 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous play, reminding you of the time elapsed and your net position for the session
- Cooling-off periods — temporarily restrict access to your account for a period between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login is disabled but the account is not permanently closed
- Self-exclusion — permanently or semi-permanently restrict access to your account. Self-exclusion is available for minimum periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. To reactivate an account after a self-exclusion period, you must contact the responsible gaming team directly and observe a mandatory 7-day reconsideration period

batjile takes all responsible gaming referrals seriously. Accounts flagged by our monitoring systems as showing signs of problem gambling behaviour may be contacted proactively by the responsible gaming team, and in some cases limits or restrictions may be applied by the Platform without a formal player request where we believe it is in the player's best interest.
